Leopard 46 is the newest hull in the Phillip Yacht Sun Charter programme at Azam Marina in Stone Town, Zanzibar, Tanzania, built for weeks along the Tanzanian coast toward Mafia Island and the reefs off the island. At 13.87 metres on deck with a 7.35 metre beam and a 1.65 metre draft, she holds Category A ocean certification. Twin Yanmar 45 hp engines, a battened mainsail, and a furling jib give 144.4 square metres of sail, with electric winches and an electric windlass to keep handling simple in the trade wind.

The saloon opens onto the forward deck so meals and shade share one volume. Air conditioning, an 8 kW generator, solar panels, and a watermaker feeding 700 litre tanks cover heat and water at anchor. Raymarine autopilot, VHF, AIS, GPS, a second VHF, remote autopilot, three electric capstans, a dinghy with a 15 hp outboard, and an electric davit winch round out the week. Bimini and regulation rescue kit sit on deck.

Four double cabins, one bunk double, and one single crew cabin sleep ten guests, with five heads and five showers. A deckhand is obligatory on every week. A skipper, a cook, and full board are extra. Transit log covers final cleaning, linen, towels, diving sets, water, gas, and the first and last night at Azam Marina or at anchor off Stone Town.

Published weeks start from 7760 euros in the quieter months, 8450 to 9250 euros through the middle of the year, and 13860 euros over the year-end weeks, plus a 6000 euro deposit.
