MarGeo XII is a 2017 Lagoon 450F based at Alimos Marina in Athens, Greece, refitted in 2022, and she is built for Saronic and Cyclades weeks from the Athens coast. At 13.96 metres on deck with a 7.87 metre beam and a 1.30 metre draft, the flybridge and the wide cockpit sit above a saloon that opens onto the teak aft deck. Twin Yanmar 57 hp engines, a full batten mainsail of 79 square metres, and a furling genoa of 51 square metres keep the run from Alimos to Aegina or Poros straightforward, whether you are covering miles on a breeze or motoring a calm morning into the Saronic Gulf.

The cockpit table shares one volume with the galley and the saloon settee. A generator, air conditioning, a watermaker, an inverter, solar panels, and a B and G Zeus plotter at the helm cover power, climate, and navigation at anchor. A hydraulic gangway, electric winches, an electric windlass, bimini, sprayhood, cockpit cushions, and a dinghy round out the week. Fans and USB sockets sit in the cabins and the saloon, with an extra fridge and four electric heads with showers.

Six cabins sleep twelve guests as a bareboat, with four bathrooms. MarGeo XII is offered as bareboat with a skipper licence, or with a skipper from the base. Saturday starts from Alimos put the first night in a nearby Saronic cove, then longer legs toward Hydra or the western Cyclades when the wind allows.

Athens International Airport is about thirty to forty minutes by road from the marina, so the transfer is short and the first night can stay close to the coast.
