Sole Mio is a 2022 Bali Catspace sailing catamaran for private weeks from Nea Peramos, Greece. At 11.78 metres long and 6.46 metres across the beam, this 40-foot hull is built for open living: an integral deck, inverted bows, a tilting Bali door, and a flybridge that puts the helm and a sun lounge on one level. Olivier Poncin and Lasta Design drew the Catspace so a family can walk from the aft platform to the forward cockpit without squeezing through a tunnel.

Four cabins and four bathrooms sleep up to 10 guests. The salon sits in a ring of windows, with a long table that converts if extra berths are needed, a galley with oven and fridge-freezer, and electric heads. Fans, air conditioning, a generator, solar panels, and hot water keep the boat comfortable on hot Saronic afternoons and cooler nights at anchor. Twin 40 horsepower engines, 700 litres of water, and 400 litres of fuel support a week of short hops without racing back to a tap.

On deck the forward cockpit is a true lounge with sun pads over the trampolines, while the aft cockpit shares the salon when the Bali door is up. The flybridge is a safe, high perch for the person on watch and for anyone who wants breeze and a view of the next bay. A dinghy and outboard ride with the boat, along with snorkel kit, cockpit speakers, a bimini, and an electric windlass, so beach landings and lunch stops stay simple.

Sole Mio charters as a bareboat from Nea Peramos, a quiet Attica base with a clear run toward Aegina, Agistri, Poros, Hydra, and the rest of the Saronic Gulf. Weekly rates are published from about 3900 euros, rising toward about 9360 euros in the busiest weeks. The week is about pale rock, short crossings, and a new-feeling Bali that still has space left after bags, food, and ten people have come aboard.
