The Big Orange Boat is a 2024 Bali 4.8 sailing catamaran based at Lefkas Marina in Greece, run as a skippered weekly charter with a hostess into the Ionian Islands. At 14.28 metres on deck with a 1.35 metre draft, she can sit in the pale shallows around Meganisi, Ithaca, and Kefalonia that deeper keels skip. Twin 78 hp engines, a full-batten mainsail, a self-tacking jib, and an electric winch keep dock work simple. Solar panels, a 220V generator, and a watermaker cover power and water at anchor.
