Xenia is a 2024 Lagoon 46 sailing catamaran based in Kos, Greece, built for private weeks through the Dodecanese and the wider Aegean. She is a named hull, not a brochure model: 13.99 m long, 7.96 m on the beam, and 1.30 m draft, with twin 45 hp engines, about 1040 litres of fuel, and 600 litres of water. The platform is wide and steady, so families and mixed groups can move between the foredeck nets, the cockpit, and the saloon without feeling hemmed in.

Guest sleep is four double cabins plus two crew cabins, with five heads, for up to twelve people. Each guest cabin has a low island berth, hull windows, a hatch, and light oak joinery. Heads are en suite with stone-look basins, glass showers, and electric toilets. The saloon stays open to the galley island, so the cook can work while the table looks out to the hills around Kos. USB points, a Fusion stereo, and air conditioning keep the interior usable in high summer.

On deck the hydraulic gangway makes Med mooring simpler, solar panels and a generator support the hotel load, and a watermaker reduces dock runs for water. The sail plan is a full-batten mainsail with a self-tacking jib, so short-handed sailors can still handle her as a bareboat, or add a skipper if they prefer local knowledge. Kos puts Xenia on the doorstep of Kalymnos, Pserimos, Nisyros, and the Turkish coast on longer weeks.
