Castor 2 Sailing Yacht Hire
About Castor 2
Castor is a true performance cruiser affectionately nicknamed the “Pogo of catamarans.” Built entirely for sailors who appreciate speed without sacrificing comfort, this 2016 TS42 combines high-tech construction with a welcoming, convivial layout.
The yacht’s open-plan design creates an expansive living space that flows seamlessly from the saloon to the cockpit. Twin helm positions are positioned aft, giving the skipper clear sightlines forward, over the rig and across the water while keeping sail controls within easy reach.
Below deck, the port hull offers a double cabin, heads with shower, and a forward single berth. The starboard hull mirrors this with a double cabin, forward heads and an additional single berth. The central nacelle houses a bright double berth plus a generous galley and dining area.
With a large solar panel, watermaker and hot water, Castor is fully equipped for extended cruising. The version with daggerboards delivers superior upwind performance, making every passage both exhilarating and comfortable.
