Moonshadow Sailing Yacht Hire
About Moonshadow
Moonshadow is Cape Town’s black-hulled day sailor — dark hull, dark sails and teak in the cockpit. Built in 2010 by Moondance, she is 12 m with a 3.72 m beam and lives at The Water Club in Granger Bay.
Six guests sail with a crew of two or three. There is one cabin, one head and a Nanni 27 HP engine for harbour work. The sail wardrobe is mainsail, jib, code zero and spinnaker. Half-day and full-day trips run up Table Bay toward Clifton or around Robben Island when the wind allows.
Beers, wine and soft drinks are included. She is a day boat: you can take a turn on the helm, or sit on the rail and let the crew sail her.
